We are looking to expand our maintenance department and as such, are looking for qualified, highly-motivated, licensed A & P mechanics. Applicants must demonstrate the following:
- Proficiency with Piper, Cessna, Beechcraft, and other light aircraft types and models;
- On-time performance and completion of work;
- Sound work ethic and ability to conform to company policies, to include an appearance and dress code;
- Ability to multi-task without losing focus on tasks at hand;
- Flexibility with both working hours and tasks required.
Preference will be given to applicants with joint Jet and Piston experience, and to applicants with an IA certification.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing extensive one-on-one flight and ground instruction
- Involvement in related administrative functions
- Participation in promotional activities
- Once qualified our instructors are given priority status for positions in our Charter Department.
Qualifications:
- You need to be a self starter with a positive, upbeat personality that can naturally motivate students
- Appreciation of the importance of customer service and intrapersonal skills are fundamental
- Commercial Pilot Certificate
- Current CFI-Airplane pilot certificate
- Second Class Medical Certificate
- No past criminal or DUI convictions
- Applicant must considerably exceed the PTS standards for knowledge and skill.
Strong teaching ability required. Solid work ethic is a must!
